Chinese herbs are categorised energetically by
taste and temperature (i.e. sweet and warming).
Essentially a formula science, Chinese herbal
medicine  focuses on the dynamic inter-
relationships between groups of herbs, which are
introduced to the system to restore harmony.
I stock my own select pharmacy of herbal granules,
which are very convenient and easy to prepare and
ingest. Typically one will ingest a spoonful in hot
water three times a day for a period from one week
to several months depending on the severity of
symptoms.
I do not use any animal products or endangered species. I use finest quality herbs from reliable sources, which
are processed in state of the art facilities in Taiwan and rigorously tested for any unwanted pollutants.
Herbs are most often used in combination with acupuncture.
A formula of herbal granules costs about £15 for 10 days supply
