Having trained in the US, UK and China and Thailand, I practice Acupuncture, Chinese Herbal Medicine and Traditional Thai Massage in Iffley, Oxford and Greenwich, London. I am a lecturer in Acupuncture at the City College of Acupuncture, London and in Chinese Herbal Medicine at the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine, Reading. I host post-graduate seminars with visiting teachers in Classical Chinese Medicine and teach Qigong classes in Oxford and Greenwich. In my spare time, I enjoy playing the Japanese Flute.
East Asian medicine is a holistic approach to healing, able to effectively treat symptoms and simultaneously address the underlying causes of disease. It can help us to extract wisdom from our problems and inspire us to awaken new perspectives and possibilities for change and growth.

I offer 5 Element Qigong classes in Greenwich, London (SE10) on Sunday evenings and in Iffley, Oxford (0X4) on Wednesday evenings.
